Chalk of marine origin (Sea of Azov).
Due to its origin, chalk has a piquant, tender solinka. Snow-white color slices well stain the handle. Medium hardness, bites off easily, crunches crisply when chewing, turning into a gruel with a grain. It smells of fresh sea and damp whitewash.
